Embracing Gratitude

          When people reach out to you for help, take it as a gift, not a burden. They trust you enough to help. Don’t focus on what can go wrong; focus on the present moment, and what you have that is good. Keep your mind open and concentrate on what you can control. Reach out to those who you trust and open the conversation to the realities you are facing. Take everyday one step at a time and continue to take time to appreciate the things around you. Shift your mindset to focus on gratitude over anxiety.
