Embracing Hope

When we asked youth what they thought was most important to develop stable mental health, they told us hope and belonging. Hope is necessary when trying to set goals, view the good, and find your ‘why’. Hope insists that you keep trying—trying to get better, trying to move forward, trying to find the positive in each day. Hope is about reminding ourselves why we work so hard to make today better. It’s about our drive to keep moving forward.
